There are certain occasions where our expert advice or guidance on a particular problem is required, such as in the case of a dispute with a yard during yacht’s construction or repair, as well as other maritime disputes between parties involved in any yacht activity.

Using our experience gathered from our 37 years of operation and the various and extraordinary situations we have faced throughout the years, we are able to guide our client to the resolution of any situation that is most beneficial to him/her.

Our advice will be given in the strictest confidence to the client, in writing or verbally as requested.

Furthermore, whenever necessary our opinion can be given to the courts, both in the form of written statements and from the witness box.
